my LIFE LESSONS, Meditations for Artists and Wanderers:
One-at-a-time meditations and contemplations to help deepen our ministry in life. These are my life lessons, things I’ve come to revere on my journey — life take-aways. Choose what calls to you or work your way down from the top. Explore, meditate on, or journal about your experience for five minutes, an hour, a day, or a week.
No Fear Friday is a weekly campaign on Instagram focused on choosing LOVE over fear. Please like and share if you so feel moved. We are on Instagram, Twitter, Medium, and Facebook. Namaste

USE ME TO DO GOOD THINGS
The artist is always seeing — All — That — Is. So the question requests not what I wish — but rather that God deliver through us. The artist holds space to birth Divine. Use me.
Observe What You Encounter Each Day
Severed cotton clouds
painted woolen spots
some touch the sky with gray
from a thin paintbrush
sun spaced colour
of brilliance move cross horizons
creating illusions and beams
darkened to the earth
cotton clouds become black
then we wait for the next

In The New Destiny lives HOPE, for in leaving our past behind – LOVE expands.
THE NEW DESTINY
The sudden wealth of knowledge
changes your view
steps that led to a bridge
over a river you found
a new destiny
you cannot turn back
for there is nothing
just faded colour against nothing
what you have now
is essence a feeling of impermanence
tonight you feel the real still
outside is empty outside is heavy
throughout a dense hum
that entangles us all
