Simple Sandwich

This was my dinner tonight – Poached chicken, Olivia’s Organic Power Greens, sun dried tomato spread, and raw organic sauerkraut with a sprinkle of grated cheese on multi grain bread! Simple and full of good things – I like simple. Eat well! 🙂
