We the People for Moral Clarity and Social Equality

Each of us, on sacred journey’s, fever to move forward making our own lives better, forging pathways for our children to walk a better life than we. But so much deeper in our conviction, laying down beside us, remains a truth — we cannot do it on our own.

The election of 2016, illuminate a state of moral cloudiness in our country, if not the world, that we wish were just the difference of opinion over party lines. No — it is more than that and we must look at it now. 240 years of American history holding injustices today — no longer tolerable, wear thin the land, battled and bloodied — Mother Earth and her people sigh in pain.

We the people, must look at our founding fathers and our fathers and at ourselves. We the people must acknowledge what has been stolen from Indigenous People and their lands — having leveraged for personal gain, and raped clean water streams, we have left Native America fractured. Forgive us.

We the people must acknowledge we feed our poor and hungry cancer-causing foods and then keep our sick, sick because sicker means higher ROI. We hold back opportunity, keeping us less educated and dependent on a system that generates profits for the top 1 percent. Forgive us.

We the people — we, must see that we have nothing to fear, but love to gain, in the eyes of our Muslim brothers and sisters. We must see reflected in our own mirror that which is wrong and immoral. We need willingly acknowledge, because we are compassionate and loving beings, that codes, profiling or bans on any group is morally wrong and exactly the same model that Hitler used to openly plan to “clean up” the Jews in 1942. Forgive us.

We must see our beloved LGBTQ friends and family as exactly that — our friends and our family — you and I. We hide no more.

We the people must see women’s rights as far more than any one right — for we are equal spirits. We the people must acknowledge that we see the oppression of equal pay, the right to choose, voter suppression — and democracy’s fearful oppressors as intolerable. And vow to change it.

We must see what stands real before us and awaken today, from our numbing agents of booze and sugar, pills and propaganda. We must begin living — for we are alive. We must stop blaming outward the problems in which you and I participate inward. It was never fine and it is not fine now.

What do we do?

We begin. And if you began 30 years ago — continue.

On January 21, 2017, the world witnessed the largest protest in American history — The Women’s March!

Women, men, allies and freedom fighters gathered worldwideBerlin, London, Paris, Sydney, Cape Town, New York, Washington, D.C and more joined together in the name of love and for the progression of justice. We stood and stand for safety and inclusion, for equal pay and equal rights, reproductive rights, dignity and for respect. We are an inclusiveness movement.

You saw us togetherLatino, Muslim, LGBTQ, black, white, elder, poor, oppressed, sick, rich, Asian, and indigenous, as American and global citizens. Every colour, creed, gender, age and species standing to be seen, to be heard, to be loved — and to love freely. We need moral clarity, we want social equality — and we come for freedom.

On February 2-4, New York Times best selling author and speaker Marianne Williamson led a three day conference called Sister Giant, bringing some of the most respected voices and advanced conversations of love and compassion together in one room. Sister Giant rallied a world call, “the intersection of spirituality and politics” as Williamson calls it. Political, spiritual, poetical and philosophical speakers delivered passionately, their expertise to citizens all across the globe sharing a single message between them — to get involved. Each asked us to step into our greatness because, we can afford to sleep no more.

What do we do?

We participate.

We the people are called to exercise the voice of love. Our checklist should read, join with each other in celebration at Earth Day, Gay Pride, in airports or on the streets in our cities. Our checklist should read — show up with love for civil rights movements like Black Lives Matter and Standing Rock. Our checklist should remind us, to join organizations like the Center for American Progress or ACLU.  And we the people should be reminded often that we need to help our neighbors, and we must love our children — all of them.

What can we do?

Show up — move us forward into Justice.

which You Divine

Unfolding anew through

new shape and sound and form

striking and beautiful

in simplest and humble things

for I am you and you, I

NO FEAR FRIDAY—It’s All About Love!

No Fear Friday is a weekly campaign on INSTAGRAM aimed at replacing fear with love. Being the dreamer that I am, I began this forum in 2015 as a way to encourage us all to seek out the goodness in life.

We live in challenging, yet, extraordinary times — FULL of energy and possibility. You and I have the ability and the social responsibility to redefine our views, perceptions, and beliefs about Love and what is possible in our world.

By connecting with each other we strengthen our collective energy and by sharing like-minded posts, we are practicing due diligence to the process of what our heart feels. LOVE.

Increase good in the world today.

Love After the Election

Love After the Election

It is not a time for defeat. This is our time for quiet determination.

I voted for Hillary, but whether we voted for Trump or Clinton, we have a country divided — a world divided that clearly wants change.

What does the America we would like to see look like? Does it look like our family? Does it look like the dream we hold in our hearts?

There is a still in the air today. We can feel it. A space that has been created for you and I, a space in which we can now create. What will we create?

With our simplest acts, you and I will redefine our future. For it is through us, that we have infinite capacity to build great things.

There are leaders of countries, yes. But there are also leaders of companies and families and leaders of sciences and medicine and quantum physics, all of us linked by a common thread — connecting us, that thread is love.

It will be the decisions we make each day that determines our survival — but it will also determine our quality of life. Quality, the value we place on our living condition.  We manifest our happiness.

So, in our piercing awareness that we all want change, I ask this. Will we put down our guns and grievances? Are we willing to bring home our inner soldier — the one we sent to wage war against ourselves? Will we answer that little boy or girl inside our heart who looks back at us in the mirror each morning and asks “do you see me”?

Say yes.

It is my hope that our greatest change agent for countries and continents, and families and friends is love.

Love, a life lesson, a required course for the evolution of humanity which states boldly in its introduction:

“Let us choose Love over fear. Kindness over hatred. Compassion over aggression. Let us choose inclusively — with each other heart in mind. Let us use our own hearts to do what is good and what is right, not just for us but for all humanity — for all life.”

Let our careful determination be in alignment with our life lessons, proudly and gloriously, guiding us upward to do good work. It is time —to do good work. To redefine our future, and act with integrity in the space we’ve asked for — is both our duty and honor.

Let us this day, and in forward motion, manifest and cultivate our individual, communal and political truest love.

Let Us Receive And Let Us Give

Good morning world,
let us first say thank you
for the gift of breadth
and sun.

Thank you for Divine Reflection.
For our dedicated souls
singing and loving out
truth and good.

Let us continue
to be your vessels
for a changing civilization.

We, a voice
from which you,
Great Spirit,
can be expressed
and received.

We know not
your Whole plan,
but if your will,
may your beauty,
joy, and grace —

Energetically transform
our words and actions.

Let a world of
seven billion people
feel —presence and peace.
Show us that Love,
redefined and radiating,
resonates with each encounter.

Let this fresh view of Love,
birth itself into our
diverse, yet unified, world.
Let us trust it.
